Refund policy: All sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Courses, Training & Digital Products
All course content, videos, downloads, assignments, events, coaching, and training materials are:
- For personal use only
Non-transferable - Protected by copyright
You may NOT:
- Copy, sell, or distribute them
- Share your login with others
- Upload our content to any public or private platform
Violations may result in legal action.
6. Director, Contestant, Merchant & Program Participation
Participation in any Academy programs (including Director applications, Contestant programs, Merchant listings, or mentorship tracks) may require:
- Additional agreements
- Background verification
- Program-specific rules
- Compliance with conduct guidelines
We reserve the right to modify, approve, deny, or terminate program participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, logos, designs, videos, graphics, text, and tools are property of the Company.
You may NOT:
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Resell
- Use our branding without written permission
8. Third-Party Services
We may work with third-party partners, platforms, or tools. We are not responsible for:
- Their actions
- Their content
- Their terms or privacy practices
You use third-party tools at your own risk.

We do not guarantee:
- Specific financial results
- Business outcomes
- Contest placements
- Director approval
- Employment or income
Your success depends on your effort, decisions, and actions.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

- Loss of income or revenue
- Loss of business or opportunities
